Jacker's first hannukah!

Today we celebrated the first night of Hannukah a little early and had a lunch time party with Judy and Janet. They made a potato kugel that was so good and tasted just like a very healthy latke! With our choice of fat free sour cream, applesauce or home made salsa I would say this was Cam's kind of hannukah food.

We lit the candles --Lena really wanted to light two even though its just the first day. You have to choose your battles!

For some reason Lena insisted on eating her lunch in the high chair which was great-- we actually both got to sit at the table at the same time!

We exchanged some nice gifts. I got a cute scarf Lena opened and announced was a paper towel.

Then those three did some manual labor while Judy and I had coffee and jack napped.

Great party! Followed by a not as fun squadron Christmas party that provided some good photo ops...

Lena won't pose with her friends...

Because she's keeping her eye on that big scary Santa!

No way is he getting near her!
Jack wasn't too thrilled with Santa either...

The baby who's always smiling!

After watching tons of kids get put on santa's lap and cry, we couldn't help but want to see jacks reaction.

Then Santa via daddy gave Lena a candy cane and she told jack the whole way home that Santa wasn't scary, he gives us candy. Easy for her to say--no one made her go near him!

Then finally daddy got to open his long awaited hannukah present!
